i'd like to eat more fish but i cant stand the smell of fishy fish! i am ok with haddock and cod although i have never cooked it- only in fishfingers! OH loves fish so would like to cook something for him any ideas please? and something i am unlikely to find bones in - if i find a bone then thats the end i cant eat anymore!

What do you classify as fishy fish? Like mackerel? Seabream more like sea bass than mackerel.

yes fishy fish is like mackerel, sardines, i suppose they call it oily fish? never had sebream!

Sea bream is White not oily. You could ask the fishmonger to fillet it for you.

Anything you would do with any white fish, sea bass or even red snapper - a tomato sauce, maybe made with cherry tomatoes and red peppers as well, would be great.
