Cold chicken

Dinner was running late last night so i flung a tesco lasagne at them, but the chicken we were supposed to be having needed cooked so i roasted it with garlic and its cold and i was thinking of having wraps but can anyone suggest any other ideas to do with cooked chicken?

Cold with salad and new potatoes?
Chicken pie?

chicken and noodle salad? That's what we're having tonight with yesterdays leftovers. Shred chicken, cook some noodles, mix them together. Add in anything you like, I add in raw baby sweetcorn and sugarsnap peas. Peppers would be good too. Make a dressing, use stuff like ginger, chilli, sunflower oil, thai fish sauce, lime juice (anything you like really). Eat and enjoy.

mmm i might make chicken pie-they love that and there would be enogh for sandwiches as well
Gem that sounds delicious but ds2 and dd would cry at all that crunch! DD has only just recovered from the trauma of last weeks vegetable tagine!
Might make pie for tonight and noodles for me and ds1 tomorrow
