Anyone got a recipe for raw prawns?

Presume a stir fry of sorts? they aren't in their shells.

I use lime juice, chilli sauce, chopped garlic and honey - mix up in whatever proportions you think taste best and stir fry prawns in it till cooked. Add a bit of sesame oil once cooked. Serve with boiled rice. You can add some veg to teh prawns if you want - green peppers, green beans or broccoli would look good.
Used to haev this a lot after ds was born and I coudl start eating shellfish again - takes only a couple of mins to cook - but had it so much that dh won't touch it now.
