Help! Vegetarian afternoon tea ideas needed.

So I have just realised that our guests for afternoon tea tomorrow eat kosher (so effectively I need to do a vegetarian option). Normally I do sandwiches, buns and cakes. Buns and cakes are covered. What can I do for sandwiches (or maybe replace with a salad of some description) that will keep my kosher guests + non-kosher guests happy? Before anyone complains I know vegetarian is not kosher and clearly anything from my kitchen is not kosher etc etc but my friends are okay with it as long as no meat, fish, eggs.

How about the following sandwiches:

Cucumber (no crusts!)
Brie and cranberry
Cheese and pickle
Mozzarella, sun dried tomato and pesto
Tomato and cheese

Thought of a couple more, a bit less traditional afternoon tea-ish:

Boursin and cucumber
Avocado, cheddar, lettuce and salsa
Grilled portobello mushrooms and onion jam

bagels with cream cheese, smoked salmon (for non veggies) tomatoes, red onions...

I am veggie (but not jewish, btw), and the above look yum.

Other fave - of mine - is hummous and carrot. The colour looks nice as part of 'a spread'.

Remember to avoid mixing dairy and egg. So no sandwiches with mayo and butter for example.

And grapes have to be made/handled in a certain way, so no getting jazzy and doing brie and grape!

NB of course I have no idea how strict your friends are, but easy to avoid so why not!
