reheating lasagne

I made a lasagne at the weekend (cooked the meat sauce, made the white sauce, assembled using uncooked pasta sheets, sprinkled with cheddar cheese) and froze it without cooking it first (although obviously the meat sauce had been cooked, as I explained). So eloquent!! Anyway, I took it out of freezer this morning for tonight's dinner. Defrosted it in fridge through the day. Now DH isn't going to be home for dinner so it is just me eating.

My question is once I've cooked it, would it be safe to put the leftovers in the fridge to reheat tomorrow for DH and DD(10m)?

I sound like a real dunce, but don't usually do the freezing for later thing, and I'm not sure about the rules for reheating something twice!

i would say no as the meat should only be reheated once

dp would eat it

i wouldnt risk it with the baby

That was my gut instinct. Just didn't want to be unnecessarily wasteful. Thank you.

Can you cut it in half so you're just heating your bit and then DH can have his tomorrow?
