Can I freeze Lamb Stew

yes but skim as much at of the top first before you freeze it

I find stews and casseroles improve with freezing, the taste seems to get more intense, I think. So, I usually make double and freeze half, then the second half tastes even better.

Anyone else find this too?

Absolutely. Yes Seabright always tastes better imo too!
