Anyone got a recipe for banana cake?

I only have two bananas and two eggs and self raising flour, not baking powder etc. I would like to use both bananas as this is the whole point!

Self raising is a fine enough substitute for plain flour + baking powder. I always use This recipe.

Try www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/10541/banana-cake . I put about 2 big handfuls of sultanas in as well which should make up for the lack of the 3rd banana. You can also add chocolate chips to banana cake if you are feeling naughty!

Are the bananas a bit past their prime? That makes them more pungent so I reckon it should work yeah? Only one way to find out! Hope it turned out nicely!
