Ugh - my dad brought some home from Scotland for my Mum once - he just plonked a cardboard box on the table - she shrieked when she opened it.

Can't help you - I don't buy the dead animal type meat, just the stuff you get wrapped n cling-film at the supermarket (I think it comes like that ).
