What can I do with Beluga lentils?

I have a packet of Beluga lentils having spied a recipe which I promptly forgot. It's nagging me since I have heard so much about them but I haven't a clue what to do with them. So any suggestions here? TIA

you can do whatever you do with puy lentils I would think!

A lentil and boiled egg salad is very nice. Boil up the lentils and let them go cold. Chop celery and onion, make a vinaigrette, with some crushed garlic in it, mix together with the lentils, along with some finely chopped parsley. Top with boiled eggs.
