I am making these for the first time. I just want to check the amount of butter and Trex is correct. It says 50g of butter and 25g of Trex. This seems like very little fat and I am not getting the "damp sand" texture the recipe says.
The scones are not on Nigella's website and I know there were quite a few mistakes in this book. Is that really the correct amount of fat?! I have googled and found versions saying 125g of butter!
