Any suggestions for what I could cook?

I've offered to make a dinner for my neighbours who've just had their second baby. I'd normally make a casserole for that sort of situation but that seems a bit wintery to me at the moment.

It needs to be something that's fairly quick to prepare (I don't mind if it takes a while to cook though), can be reheated, doesn't need any complicated accompaniments.

Any suggestions?

A quiche and a bag of salad leaves
A pie that can be eaten cold

Ah, lasagne - why didn't I think of that?

Some good suggestions - thanks, I think I can rustle something up from one of those. :)

Yes lasagne.
My dear friend delivered me one second day home from hospital. So good.
