I've just bought lamb mince to make the recipe from Saturday's Times where lamb meatballs are poached in stock - I can't find the recipe and can't look it up online now you have to pay for the website - if anyone has it could you let me know how much rice was included in the meatball recipe - I can remember the rest!
(For those that didn't see the recipe the meatballs have uncooked rice in and are poached in stock for an hour rather than fried which sound much healthier - they were served with a lemony sauce but I thought I would do them with a vegetable tagine type sauce and couscous to suit a mixed veggie/non-veggie house!)
