Hello all you bakers!
I love to make cakes and biccies, but my dp is trying a wheatfree diet and it seems to be working.
Anyone do wheat-free / gluten-free and have any yummy recipes?
(Just been looking at that parkin recipe)

Thanks

doves farm gluten free flour has a really good recipe for chocolate brownies.I also use it for crumbles, pancakes and yorkshire puddings.

thanks beep for that idea, i wonder if its the gluten in wheat that makes`dp so lethargic?

it certainly makes me feel very tired and aggravates my arthritis

ooooh beep, i can understand why you avoid it

i think i've seen doves farm in the organic section at the supermarket?
can't wait to make brownies again (i know i could make them with normal flour but i'd then have to eat them all)

you should be able to find it in most supermarkets, they also do a bread flour,I don,t bother making bread but it does seem to work a little better for the batters.
