if I am making chicken stock from a chicken carcass boiled up can I freeze what stock I dont need right away...

Also, If I can freeze it, do I need to let it cool first before putting it in the freezer?

Daft questions maybe? Im not sure. :) and just very wary of refreezing chicken in any form

TIA

You must make sure anything you put in the freezer is cold or it will stop your freezer working properly as it will raise the temperature in it and the other food in it may be compromised.
