Just baked my first no-knead loaf and it's so good I'm going to start another for tomorrow.

Oh thank you so much for this! I tried it, we all loved it! It's so easy and there is so much scope for variation - I'm all excited now and will start another one right away. :)

I was looking for the recipe someone posted recently with a sloppy starter that lasted for about 8 loaves by taking out half each day and adding it to more flour. Can't find it though.

Just made this. It's excellent!
