So How Do You Like Your Apple Crumble?

With oats, or muesli
Cinnamon spiced apple with raisins
With other fruit such as pear, rhubarb, or others

I am cooking for 18 people this weekend and although I really like plain crumble, I much prefer it with something added especially cinnamon, however my DP prefers it plain.

Come and help me make up my mind as to what the crumble will eventually end up as. Grin

Stewing the apple - depends how much - lowish heat on the hob for about 20 minutes - when the apples are softish really.

Crumble when assembled - 180c for about 40 minutes - til it's as crispy as you like it really. Or not. I like it just done myself. But then I can happily eat the raw mix because I am greedy and like any raw cake/biscuity mix Grin
