A Karmel recipe for chicken and grapes

Does anyone have it? Have looked in both my books and it refers to it in one but no recipe!

Nope. looks ded easy (if you like peeling grapes!)

1 chicken breast
5fl oz chicken stock (I use water!)
8 white grapes, peeled and seeded
1 courgette, trimmed and sliced
1 tbsp baby rice

Cut chicken into small pieces, put all ingredients except baby rice into a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins. Puree to desired consistency & thicken using the babay rice.

Makes 4 portions! allegedly

It is also nice using grated apple instead.

well she quite liked it on its own, and absolutly wolfed it down when mixed with some butternut squash!

so its a hit!!!
