Homemade burger meat

I made yummy burgers last night (jamie O's receipe) But I have a ton of left over uncooked burger mixture (minced beef, onions, egg, spices all mixed together)

What can I do with the rest of it that is not meatballs or yet more burgers for tonights dinner?

Anyone any inspiration?

How about making a meatloaf, and then some kind of sauce (garlicky tomato/creamy mustard?) to go with it?

I don't want to re-freeze the meat, as it was frozen before.

Think Im going to make it into a chilli con carne...
