Hi, Just tried Dan Lepard's HCB recipe as on MN homepage. Due to allergies I used sunflower marg, soya milk and instead of an egg used 2 ice cubes worth of apple puree - came out very nicely in case anyone else is looking to do a dairy/egg free option this year!
