I am pathetically excited. Does anyone have any suggestions to make the most of it?

I hadn't even thought of sweet. Are they particularly good for cakes?

Do they just taste the same as chooky eggs?

2oz of goose egg = 1 av. hens egg

it will be the lightest cake, and delicious

(i'll be around about 2pm tomorrow for a slice)
