Pork Shoulder - slow cook?

I've got a boneless pork shoulder, it advises 2.5 hours to cook.
Is it possible to cook this slowly in the oven whilst I go out? If so, on what temp and how long would this take do you think? It's 1.9kg.

I'd put it on at about 180 and fine to do whilst you are out. Enjoy!

Misread, sorry. You could turn it down after half a hour to about 160 and add another 40 minutes I would think.
