have some drumsticks left over that I wad going to do for ds's tea. Is there anything I can marinade/coat them on to make them more appealing to a fussy 4 year old?

DD is very fussy but loves chicken dipped in olive oil and then covered in smashed up crisps (ready salted is best) and then cooked in the oven

honey and mustard?
or make up a bbq sauce?
or rub them with a paste made up of oil and stock cube which makes the skin lovely and crispy

A little oil, crushed garlic and parmesan.
I second bbq sauce too.

My very picky 3-year-old loves and devours Nigella's Buttermilk Chicken Drumsticks (from Nigella Express). Ingredients: 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1-1.5 tsp salt, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp black pepper. Mix, spread on drumsticks as a marinade, bake in 220 C for 45 minutes or until golden and glazed. Yum!
