Sorry this is no help to you as I don't have the recipe as such but when my mother first had her slow cooker she used to do a fantastic roast lamb in it with redcurrant sauce - it was to die for.

Perhaps this will bump this up for you and someone will have some better ideas.

I have just been given my mums slow cooker with the recipe book. Basically anytype of casserole with your own sauce or a packet powder one. Also joints of meat, bolognese sauce etc. I can CAT you some detailed recipes if you like. I just love using it as it makes beef so tender and this if fab for ds of 1year with only 2 teeth.

yes pls shuteye if you have time to do so that would be fab i know there are lots of sites out there but im after some tried and tested ones iykwim
