Have a look at BBC good food site, I made the baked raspberry cheesecake a few weeks ago, everyone loved it.

rhubarb creme brulee (it's in the 2nd Naked Chef book but basically it's just normal creme brulee with normal rhubarb compote in the bottom)

chocolate raspberry pudding cake from Nigella's How to Eat is a firm favourite here or her choclate pavlova from forever summer is fab too
