What can I glaze my ham with?

Just baked a large ham and would usually glaze it with mustard and demerara in the last half an hour but have run out of mustard....I do have whole grain tho.

Any suggestions?

Marmalade or cranberry sauce, soy, sugar, vinegar (rice wine if you've got it), crushed chili flakes (optional).

Sugar, five spice powder, vinegar, rice wine/sherry, soy. (This is a chinese char siu glaze, even more authentic if you've got chinese red bean paste)

The sugar in each case could be honey, molasses, or demarara...

When I first saw this thread title I could have sworn it said "What can I glaze my man with?" Blush

LOL sorry Ham does seem a bit boring in comparison!

Tyelperion Great suggestions. I went the chinese route with hoi sin, chilli flakes demarara and maple syrup.

Slightly concerned about the addition of maple but it smells good
