Can I give a six month old food that has oxo in it? not sure about the salt content? Ive heard you can buy baby stock any one heard about this? I want to start giving my daughter our food.

I wouldn't use Oxo at this stage, tbh. Also I think it has rather a strong flavour for a baby. I don't use much stock at all in my cooking for the family, I use herbs and spices, plus my own stock. I don't make special stock, I just keep the water in which I've cooked veggies and freeze it if I don't need it straight away. Hth.

Commercial stock has too much salt in it. You can get a reduced salt vegetable stock from Kello but at the moment you might be better off sticking to water.
