Hidden Veg Sauce recipe

A few months ago I made a batch of a recipe I found on mumsnet which I'm sure was called something like hidden veg sauce. It was a basic pasta sauce recipe with courgette, pepper, aubergine, carrot, etc in it. My daughter loves it but now it's time for a new batch and I can't find the recipe. Does anyone have a copy?

I use one like this from Annabel Karmel and on the basis that it is pureed at the end I chuck in absolutely any veg I can find.

I have made this, or variations of it, for my children since they were babies, they are now nearly 7 and 6 and they absolutely adore it...... Fantastic standby to have stored in the freezer.
