Michel Roux Junior recipe - help!

I was watching telly - last week I think it was - and there was a program on, possibly Masterchef, and Michel Roux Junior was involved in a recipe of slow cooked pork belly (I think it has some chilli rubbed in it - sort of a Thai dish - served on a bed of cabbage. At the end of the program it said that recipes from the program could be found at www.... I HAVE FORGOTTEN [old] I was SURE I would remember it.

I've been frantically googling all morning and have come up with nil, nada, nuffink.

Does anyone know what program I am babbling on about or know where I can find the recipe?

I have very few talents, but finding ANYTHING I (or others) want on Google is one that I can do extremely well!!!!

I'm going to give it a bash next week actually when I'm in the UK - if you do it sooner, let me know how you get on.....
