Egg substitute??

Hi
I wondered if anyone knew of any egg substitute for people allergic to egg?

Together with another mum I am going in to do cooking with my child's class. We are going to do a muffin recipe but one of the children is allergic to eggs. The recipe requires one egg. We didn't want to do something completely different as half of the class made these muffins last week. This week it is the turn of the half containing the child allergic to egg.

Hi you can buy egg substitute powder in holland and barrat and big supermarkets. One mashed banana and more baking powder works too
