My freezer faves are:
Beef bourguignon
Daphinoise potatoes (found these to freeze pretty well)
Lasagne
Chilli con carne
Greek style lamb lasagne (here)
Shepherds pie - the meat layer anyway, then I top with instant mash or discs of frozen mash when in a hurry
Beef in guinness or in beer

Sloppy joes are kind of deconstructed burgers but bloody lovely! really simple to cook too kids love them Grin

I cook the lasagne, then divide & freeze in individual portions & zap in the micro after defrosting to heat through.

The sauce for Jool's pregnant pasta freezes well too I find - here.
This curry sauce from JO also freezes fab - use it as a cook-in sauce so heat through & add fish or meat or veggies. I tend to use tinned tomatoes rather than fresh in the sauce.
