urgent stuffed mushroom recipe

Got 4 big mushrooms that need cooking tonight. We are having a bacon, avocado and spinach salad with bread, and i thought stuffed mushrooms might be nice with it.
I have some philadelphia - do i just put that in, with breadcrumbs on top and put in the oven?
Ideas please!!!

I always do a mixture of bulgar wheat/minced meat, onions etc. Bit like a risotto.

i made some last night. i fried garlic and red onion. mixed that with the soft cheese, fresh thyme and some caynne pepper. fill the mushroom and spinkle with breadcrumbs, was yum!

that sounds nice smartestgiant - i ended up doing a layer of grated cheese on the base, mixture of onion, pepper, garlic, and mushroom stalks on top, then layer of cheese and breadcrumbs on top, oven for 20 mins - DEAD DEAD NICE!!!

The best stuffed mushroom I ever make is simply

Boursin cheese (french garlic and herb cheese) and I sprinkle red leceister on the top,

so niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.....

top them with pate and cook in oven - yummy!

A bit late but I always do Chorizo chopped up really small and fried with onion. It tastes lovely.
