Hi all
Having had only a microwave for 2 weeks we finally have a hob and oven again, hurrah! But I can't seem to remember anything I normally make! I have chicken breasts to use and all the usual storecupboard ingredients/veg and I just can't think what to make?
It needs to be low carb/low Gi and not curry as we are having that the night after. I don't really fancy stuffed chciken wrapped in parma ham either (fusspot).
Any suggestions for a low carb chicken meal please?
