Hello,
I have a bag of carrots that, come tomorrow, will not be fit for human consumption. So as I hate waste I have decided to attempt this recipe

It calls for cumin seeds which I do not have so am considering substituting ground cumin instead. Will it work? I dont really have a great knowledge of flavours etc so reluctant to experiment without the MN stampt of approval
