Home made chicken nuggets

Cut chicken breasts into chunks

Mix egg & Milk & herbs/garlic etc

Make breadcrumbs

Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs (I do this twice for extra crunch)

Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 mins or so

Serve with tomato salsa
