DS has nursery tomorrow where they provide a cooked lunch. I send ds with his from home due to allergies. I generally send what he had for tea to have the next day for lunch. That would mean fish for tomorrow.
The fish is perch chopped into fingers, coated in gf flour, soymilk and gf crumbs and fried in olive oil.
Is this ok to send, they do have a fridge but it is starting to get stinking hot here now and am concerned about food poisoning and also will it go soggy? be horrible tomorrow? Thanks all.

I think the breadcrumbs will go soggy (unless they fry it again to heat it up which will crisp it?)

I don't think food poisoning would be a problem if it's refridgerated or even frozen?) and transported in a coolbag.

thanks, they make the meals in the bigkids area so only have a microwave in the nursery so cant refry the fish, soggy crumbs would be pretty yuck so will defrost something for him to have instead, thank again

"naked" flaked fish with mashed/jacket potato should microwave well.
