hi
i froze some fresh yeast, took it out of the freezer yesterday to make some bread but never got a chance, today was the same and now ive realised there's no point in me making it til friday (cos of when we'll be around to actually eat it)
so my question is, will this yeast last til friday (ie 4 days out of the freezer)?
when i bought it the pack said it keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks but if frozen then it only keeps for 24 hours once defrosted. but does it really only keep that long??
