I bought 8 tins in a sale and they are small metal tartlet tins with a loose bottom. I have a dinner party coming up on Saturday night and really want to use them for either the starter (I was thinking onion/goats cheese tarts or similar) or to make some little tarts for pudding. I would welcome any ideas along with recipes as I'm a "nervous" cook and my friends are all great cooks - one of them doesn't eat shellfish.
Any ideas very welcome!
