can i pop some cut up roast chicken and stir fry with onions and peppers and a few spices to reheat or will it not reheat it enough? i happily reheat beef etc but always worry about chicken....

also any ideas of spices i could use to make it tasty to have in flat breads with salad and tzatziki?

If the chicken has been refrigerated straight after cooking you can eat it, quite safely, as it is cold for two or three days. So even if stir-frying doesn't reheat it to piping hot, I think you'd find it was still quite safe.

You could turn your chicken/onion/pepper combo into a Mexican style fajita with some chilli spices perhaps?
