theres a lovely mushroom and feta pie recipe on mydish.co.uk, on my phone right now so cant link to it. The lady who put it up has a totally stupid pic for the recipe (not offensive just stupid!) but the recipe is lovely, ive made it loads of times now. Or u could make a quiche with it. Tbh i love portabella mushrooms i just use them in any recipe that calls for mushrooms, cant eat the regular button ones since i discovered the portabellas!

I grill them, drizzled with olive oil + crushed garlic + chilli powder + cumin seeds + salt. Best thing ever. Like these but with oomph.

Uptoapoint, like the sounds of that. What do you have them with?

Sometimes as accompaniment to grilled meat and potatoes, sometimes with bread, sometimes just with potatoes and salad. I've had them before in a restaurant as a started (but we don't do starters at home Smile). Also nice with some herbs mixed in the olive oil (I did it last time with fresh coriander).

I might just do potatoes and salad. Thanks, sounds good.
