here you go...

2oz of butter
4oz of light brown or caster suger
1 egg
4oz plain flour
40z choc chips (I use 2oz of milk and 2oz of white)
1tsp of vanilla extract
teeny weeny pinch of salt.

Mix the butter and sugar together, then mix everything else in, choc chips going in last.

Told you it was easy.

cook at 180*c/gas mark 4 for about 8 minutes or until golden and just set.

Once out of the oven leave them on the baking tray to cool for about 10-15 minutes. If you takes them off so soon all the choc chips fall out of the bottom!!!

This makes about 24-26 biscuits.

LOL, I missed the "makes 24-26" biscuits the first time I made them and only made 12, they spread so much that I basically had a baking tray covered in one giant biscuit...no gaps at all
The Ds's loved that!!!
