I amde theseyesterday (my own work well) but this recipie worked great.

3 eggs
half pint of milk
150g plain flour

before you start heat up pudding tray with about .5cm of oil in each well, put in the oven at gas mark 8/9 until the oil is very hot

whisk up all the ingrediants, once done and the oil is hot, quickly ladle the batter into the train and put back in the oven for about 30mins.

my dd's were very impressed yesterday.

You can also add cheese to the top of them.
