Hot smoked salmon fillets
More potatoes (maincrop) than you could shake a stick at
Leeks
Salad
Lemons
Sour Cream
Can make DH buy more.

Am sensing some kind of gratin, not sure how/what?!

potato and leek salmon fishcakes with sour cream on the side. Next!

Slice potatoes and par boil.
Saute leeks in a little butter or oil.

Mix leeks and salmon with a little cream. Layer over potatoes. Add cheese if you have any. Bake in oven til golden.

Served with salad with a lemon oil dressing.

Sorry sux, should've said no fishcakes, we've eaten them twice in the past 10 days already.
