Can you suggest some please? It's my DH and I's 5th wedding anniversary tomorrow (St Patrick's Day) and we are having 12 people (inc us) round for a wee party on Saturday night.

I am looking for some nice easy casserole-type dishes to serve, so I can make them in advance and basically let everyone just dig in......but anything with an Irish theme would be fab as we are making it a late St Patrick's Day party........thanks in advance ! {wine}

What about Beef and Guinness casserole served with champ. I had some gorgeous champ in Belfast recently ... new season potatoes mashed with chopped scallions (spring onions), cream, butter, pepper & salt. YUM.
