fancy, easy, tasty dinner party suggestions please

I am feeding 12.
Pud is taken care of.
Suggestions please for a veg starter,
meat/chicken main and a veg main.

Veg starter..

Frisee,walnut and roquefort salad?
Basil tomatoa and mozzarella salad
Good quality pasta with home made pesto
Chick pea, roast red pepper and fetta salad with fresh mint

Veg main course

Baked onions stuffed with goats cheese
Tortilla (with spinach,potatoes and cream) cut into wedges and served at room temp (also good for a starter)
Lsagne made with tomato sauce and ricotta and spinach sauce

Meat main course

Can never go wrong with a good curry (no nasty cook in sauces or stock cubes please!) made a few days in advance

starter could be mozzerella and tomato (with avacado if you want) - the tomato and mozzerella can be prepared before hand and even plated up in the fridge. Avacado can go brown if left too long so thats why I don't always use it.
When you are ready to serve - drizzle with a little olive oil and some chopped herbs - yummy!!
