Irish Cream Frosting

Does anyone have a good, tried and tested recipe? thinking of using as a topping for a cake...

Make ganache but with Bailey's. You have to keep the two quantities equal, whether you go with metric or imperial, ie five ounce pot of cream to five ounces dark choc, or 300g pot to 300g choc. Melt choc, allow to cool a bit, mix in Bailey's, whisk till thick.
