Baking for sales

I expect there is probably a thread here somewhere but i have not found it.
Ideas please for baking to give to charity sales, i have some old favourites but am always looking for more.
I seem to be often either making stuff to sell or for rugby kids (as much as possible as cheap as possible)

Ummm what about cupcakes or fairy cakes with icing or butter cream,
Krispie cakes, choc chip cookies.
You could make 12 to 24 cup/ fairy cakess at a time in the oven and loads of krispie cakes with cheap kris pies and choc
