Has anyone got one? Would you recommend? What sort of things do you cook in it?

Yes get one! Good if you are out all day and organised, you can put a casserole in before you go to work. Mine has recipes for jam and stuff too.

TheMadHouse1234, do a 'search' on slow cooking. All the threads are so positive and the recipes are yummy.

Love mine.

I got given one at Christmas and have just started using it. Only came with 3 recipes, none of which I wanted to do, but there are loads online.

Was given a good tip for this time of year - if you don't have time to prepare things in the morning, do it in the evening, run it overnight, then just let it stand during the day and microwave for evening meal.

It's also very economical to run.

Oooh, do get one, they're fab. I use mine for casseroles mainly.
