What can i do with it, it is completely plain.

The only thing i can think of doing is adding fruit but bit boring and doing chicken bits in curry.

Any ideas?

Have it with a full fat pudding like ticky toffee pudding!

Smoothies? Banana, tinned fruit like peaches maybe? Whizz it all up with some fruit juice.

Muesli and a bit of honey for sweetness?

make a dressing for a cucumber salad, just add lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt and pepper, nice, light and refreshing (in the summer anyway...)
