Left Over Batter - I can't eat another pancake

What can I do with all this left over batter? Does it freeze?

DH made triple quantities.

They were good but we've still got at least a litre left!

Make more pancakes and freeze them stacked with baking parchment in between

yes it will keep in a tupperware just give good mix up tomorrow - or make the pancakes and freeze them- they defrost really quickly
