Does anyone make their own chocolates?

What make of couverture do you use and where do you buy it from? My local supplier sells callebaut but I'm not keen. Anyone got any recommendations?

I don't buy couverture I just buy the best dark choc. i can find and i melt and add rice or soya milk and fructose ('cos i make sugar free and dairy free). Delia smith's Christmas Book has got good recipes it it.
